Who We Are

The Rattan, Texas Cemetery Assocation is a 501(c)(13) unincorporated non-profit cemetery association founded in 1978 and dedicated to the maintenance, beautification and perpetual care of the Rattan, Texas Cemetery. Annual meetings are held the first Saturday of each June in Cooper, Texas.

This cemetery is the final resting place of veterans of the Civil War, World War I, World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War as well as the family members of those who lived and still live in the area.
